Location

Central Residence is located in the Western part of the Former French Concession (FFC) which is arguably the most beautiful area in Shanghai. Many foreigners prefer to live in this part of FFC as the area offers many nice cafes, bars and restaurants.
The compound is on a stone throw distance to the entrance of Yan'An Elevated Highway which gives a convenient access to Hongqiao Airport & Pudong.

Description

Central Residence consists of phase I and II. The units in phase I are individually owned but many of them are renovated in modern styles. Phase II is developer owned, standard decorated and is fully serviced. Phase II doesn’t allow pets, but Phase I does. Both phases have their own clubhouses with gyms and swimming pools.
